Welcome
As a bodyworker, I have a keen awareness for identifying issues unique to each individual, and believe it essential to discuss and listen to the specific needs expressed by every client. This enables me to meet the diverse therapeutic goals so many of us strive for to gain a higher quality of life.
Growing up in California, I discovered an innate ability for bodywork during my high school and college endeavors in the performing arts. I massaged many of my peers in the world of theatre and dance to help ease the pressures of their often rigorous and physically demanding work.
Later, I gained experience massaging in Central and South America, and across the United States, eventually graduating with an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies from the Swedish Institute here in New York City. I then continued with further training and education in pregnancy massage, reflexology, reiki, craniosacral therapy, Yoga, meditation and Rosen Method bodywork therapy.
Today, I bring to my private practice the knowledge and skill attained from helping hundreds of people, in settings ranging from pain management centers to luxury spas and pregnancy massage clinics. For those seeking relaxation, improved health, relief from chronic pain, and a rejuvenated body and spirit, I provide an environment of thorough care, working with my clients to transform their personal intentions into reality.
