Stretching, Meditation and Breath Counseling

Stretching creates flexibility that can decrease chance of injury and help us move with less pain and greater freedom. Meditation calms anxiety and centers mental focus, bringing perspective and clarity to our typically very busy minds. And learning proper breathing is vital for better health, a stronger immune system, and the fastest way to gain thorough relaxation. It also offers the opportunity to connect to a richer emotional life. Sessions addressing all of the above can be added onto any bodywork modality or scheduled separately.
